How often should I sealcoat my driveway?

Every two to three years is the average but every driveway is different.

How long do I have to wait after my driveway has been seal coated before I can drive on it?

It takes up to 24 hours to cure and set up prior to being able to drive on it.

How is Sealcoating Applied?

One coat by hand via a squeegee or 2 coats via spray.

Why should I repave?

Repaving your surface can add twenty plus years to the life of your parking lot or driveway if properly maintained by sealcoating after a year and every 2-3 years consecutively after that.

Why should I use Asphalt instead of concrete or pavers?

How many days does it take to seal and stripe a parking lot?

Depending on how large the parking lot it may be divided into multiple sections. Each section will take at least 2 days depending on the weather one day to seal and one day to stripe/traffic markings.
